Private label creatine monohydrate for Canadian brands

PharmaEurope makes private label creatine monohydrate in the European Union and already ships to Canada. PharmaEurope runs the whole project at its own plant: formula and sample, label and packaging design, printing, manufacturing, filling, quality control and export documents. One plant does all of it, so one company answers for the finished product. Two creatine monohydrate powders are in production now: Creatine Monohydrate Micronized 200 mesh, and Creatine Monohydrate 200 mesh + HMB. Either one can carry your label. The standard run is from 300 kg of finished blend, first runs have been produced from 100 units, and ready-made powders are produced from 2 weeks. Creatine capsules or tablets, a flavoured powder or sachets are made as your own formula: a sample first, then production from 4 weeks, with capsules and tablets from 500 bottles. The label is designed and printed at the plant in English and French, and every batch ships with a specification and a Certificate of Analysis.

Who makes private label creatine monohydrate for Canadian brands?

PharmaEurope makes it at the group's certified plant in the European Union, and PharmaEurope already ships to Canada. These are the reasons a Canadian brand puts its creatine there:

  • One company from idea to finished pack. PharmaEurope helps you choose one of the ready-made creatine powders or adjust one for you: a different dose, a swapped ingredient or a new flavour. It can also develop your own formula from your brief, with a sample before anything is produced. The same plant then designs and prints the label and packaging, manufactures and fills the product, tests every batch before release, prepares the documents for your importer and ships it. Nothing is printed before you approve it. If your brand sells to athletes, PharmaEurope can arrange testing by an independent accredited laboratory, for example for substances banned in sport, with the report in your brand's name (on request, agreed at the quote). The full list is on the services page.
  • Creatine monohydrate micronized to 200 mesh is already in production, so a ready-made powder goes straight to your label.
  • Standard powder run from 300 kg of finished blend; first runs have been produced from 100 units. Ask with your quantity.
  • Creatine capsules and tablets from 500 bottles as your own formula.
  • English and French labels designed and printed at the plant, using the text your licence holder supplies.
  • Certified EU plant: ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, US FDA registered. The certificate scope names powders, capsules and tablets.
  • A specification and a Certificate of Analysis with every batch, and a 24-month standard shelf life.
  • More than 25 years for the group, more than 70 specialists, and clients in 42 countries. Delivery is EXW by default, FCA or DAP on request.

Can PharmaEurope make creatine capsules, tablets, flavours or sachets?

Yes. Each is made as your own formula under your brand. You choose the form, the dose, the flavour and the pack. PharmaEurope develops a sample and agrees it with you before production, which takes from 4 weeks. Capsules and tablets start from 500 bottles. Flavoured powder and sachets have a standard run from 300 kg of finished blend. HMB and a caffeine and amino acid base are already in the ready-made list. Any other combination is developed on a sample.

Can the creatine label be printed in English and French?

Yes. PharmaEurope designs and prints the label and packaging at the plant in English and French. The licence holder supplies the regulatory text and the NPN. Your own artwork can also be printed at the plant.

“A batch does not leave the warehouse without a clean test report and a Certificate of Analysis. At the final stage we check the physical parameters — average weight, uniformity of mass and disintegration time; microbiological purity — yeasts and moulds within limits, no E. coli and no Salmonella — and heavy metals; the assay, meaning the real content of each active ingredient against what your label declares; and the seal — the induction membrane and the closure — so the product does not oxidise or take on moisture in transit.”

What can a creatine label say in the EU?

The authorised EU creatine claim applies only to products that provide 3 g of creatine a day. Under Regulation (EU) No 432/2012, as listed in the EU Register of nutrition and health claims:

"Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise."

Conditions of use: only for food which provides a daily intake of 3 g of creatine; information is given to the consumer that the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine; the claim may be used only for foods targeting adults performing high intensity exercise.

For a product sold in Canada, the wording on the label is the text your licence holder supplies with the NPN. PharmaEurope prints it in English and French. On a label, a health claim must be accompanied by a statement on the importance of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle (Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006, Article 10(2)).

How does a creatine order get to Canada?

PharmaEurope delivers EXW at the plant by default, or FCA or DAP on request. Your Canadian importer or its broker clears the goods. Sea transit to Montreal takes about 11 days port to port from Rotterdam on the shortest published sailings; production comes first. The Canada market page explains who holds which licence and gives a CETA duty example.
