White label starts from 100 units, private label from 500 bottles per product, and production takes 4 to 8 weeks from approval of the formula and the label artwork.

What is white label supplement manufacturing?
White label means you take a formula we already produce and sell it under your own brand. Nothing is developed or trialled, so the first run starts from 100 units and the only design work is your label. More than 500 ready-made formulas are in production across capsules, tablets, softgels and effervescent tablets. It is the shortest route for a first product: you pick the formula and the pack, approve the artwork, and the batch is made in 4 to 8 weeks. A ready-made formula stays in our shared catalogue, so another brand may sell the same composition under its own name.
What is private label supplement manufacturing?
Private label means the product is built around your brand. You get your own label and packaging, and the formula can be adjusted for you: a dose raised, a component removed or swapped, a flavour changed. The standard run is 500 bottles per product for capsules and tablets, 300 kg of finished blend for powders, sachets and sports nutrition. Every change goes through a sample, and nothing is produced at scale before you sign the sample off. Terms for a formula developed for your brand are set in your contract.
Can you develop a formula for my brand?
Yes. Send the format, the active ingredients and their doses, the quantity and the market you sell in. The in-house team turns the brief into a sample, and checks the doses and the wording against EU rules for food supplements. You approve the sample; only then is the batch planned. Development adds the sample and approval steps to the calendar, which is why a custom product takes longer than a ready-made one. Softgels to your own formula are quoted per project, because they need their own tooling.
Do you design and print the labels and packaging?
Yes. The label and the packaging are designed for your brand at the plant, to the exact shape and safe areas of the pack you choose, and checked against Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 on food information and Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 on claims before the print run. If you already have artwork, we check yours instead. Labels, cartons, tubes, bags and sachets are printed at the plant, so nothing goes to a separate printer and the product leaves the line finished. Nothing is printed until you approve the final artwork.
Which packaging can my product be packed in?
The pack follows the product: moisture, light and oxygen decide the options before the shelf does. Everything is packed at the same plant, inside the same certified scope as manufacturing.

What quality control does every batch go through?
A batch leaves the plant only with a clean test report and a Certificate of Analysis. The final checks cover the physical parameters (average weight, uniformity of mass, disintegration time), microbiological purity (yeasts and moulds within limits, no E. coli, no Salmonella), heavy metals, the assay of each active ingredient against the label, and the seal of the pack. The plant holds ISO 22000:2018 certificate MSC-22-1384, GMP certificate GMP-FS-01 and HACCP certificate HACCP-01, and US FDA food facility registration 13674831934.
Can a batch be tested by an independent laboratory?
Yes, on request. An independent accredited laboratory tests a sample from your batch, for example for substances banned in sport, and the report is issued in your brand’s name so you can show it to athletes, federations, retailers or a marketplace. Tell us at the quote stage, and the sampling is written into the batch plan.
Do you help with EU compliance and export?
EU compliance
Food supplements are not pre-approved at EU level: most Member States require a notification before sale, filed by the company named on the label (in Spain, with AESAN). We check the label before print and supply the composition and batch documents the notification is built on.
Export
We ship worldwide. EXW Mārupe (you collect from the plant) is the default; FCA (handed to your carrier) or DAP (delivered to your address, import duties paid by you) is quoted on request. Registration in a country outside the EU is held by your importer or your company there; we supply the specification, the Certificate of Analysis and the site certificates. See the markets pages.
How an order runs, in seven steps
- Enquiry. Format, active, dose, quantity and market; you receive a quote.
- Sample. The formula becomes a physical product; for a ready-made formula you see a sample of it.
- Sample approval. Your first signature.
- Label and packaging. We design the artwork or check yours; your second signature.
- Manufacturing at the plant in Mārupe, 4 to 8 weeks.
- Packing and printing. Finished, labelled units, tested and released with a Certificate of Analysis.

What services does PharmaEurope offer?

All of it is done at one plant in Mārupe, Latvia.
Is everything done at one plant?
Yes. Manufacturing, filling, printing and packing happen at the plant in Mārupe, Latvia, inside the same certified scope: the ISO 22000 certificate MSC-22-1384 reads manufacturing and packaging of food supplements (tablets, capsules and powders); the other formats are made and packed at the same site under the same food-safety system. Nothing is sent to a separate packer or printer between blending and the finished pack.
What is the minimum order?
White label from 100 units; private label and custom formulas from 500 bottles per product for capsules and tablets, or 500 pcs for a ready-made softgel formula; 300 kg of finished blend for powders, sachets and sports nutrition; syrups from 100 litres and vitamin oils from 20 litres; effervescent tablets a low minimum quoted per tube count. Every minimum is per product.
How long does it take?
4 to 8 weeks of production from approval of the formula and the label artwork. With a ready-made formula the sample step is short; with a formula developed for you, the sample and approval steps are the longer part of the calendar.
Do I need my own label design?
No. We design the label and the packaging for your brand and print them at the plant. If you already have artwork, we check it against EU labelling and claims rules before it goes to print.
Can I use my own packaging?
Yes, on request. As standard, bottles, jars, tubes, bags, cartons and labels are sourced and printed at the plant. If you have packaging of your own, send its specification with the enquiry; it is checked for fit on the filling and labelling line before the batch is planned.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples of existing products are sent to companies that are seriously considering an order, so you can see the product, the pack and the label before committing to a batch.
Can I visit the plant?
Yes. Customers audit the plant in Mārupe as routine practice, alongside the yearly inspections by the certification body and the food authority. Write to us with the dates that suit you.
Do you register the product in my country?
Registration outside the EU is held by your importer or your own company in that country, not by the manufacturer. We supply the specification, the Certificate of Analysis and the site certificates the registration is built on, for every batch.
