We use them to answer your questions and, if you ask us, to prepare an offer (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and we keep a record of your consent with the time and page where it was given. News and offers are sent only if you tick the separate box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

WHICH ORGANISATIONS VISIT THIS WEBSITE

To see which companies are interested in our manufacturing services, PHARMA EUROPE SOLUTIONS 2023 SL records the IP address of each page visit, together with the page, the time, the website you came from and the type of browser. We look the IP address up in a database of network owners to see whether it belongs to an organisation, for example the office network of a company. We do not try to identify you as a person, we do not combine this data with other sources to do so, and no cookie is set for it.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which businesses are interested in our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The IP lookup is done by ipapi.is, and the type of the network owner is classified by TypeSafe AI, which receives only the name of the network owner, not the IP address. Both act as our processors.
