Private label syrups and vitamin oils
PharmaEurope produces liquid food supplements under your brand at the plant in Mārupe, Latvia, in the European Union. They are quoted in litres rather than in bottles, because a litre becomes a different number of bottles depending on the pack you choose.
Syrups start at 100 litres. Oils with vitamins start at 20 litres. Production takes 4 to 8 weeks from approved formula and artwork.

The minimum applies per product. Two flavours of the same syrup are two products, and each one carries its own minimum, because each flavour is filled as a separate batch.
The 20-litre figure is worth pausing on. Across roughly fifty European contract manufacturers whose published minimums we reviewed in September 2026, it was the lowest litre figure any of them publishes — most either quote in tens of thousands of bottles or refuse to name a number until the enquiry arrives.
Why liquids are quoted in litres and not in bottles
A capsule order is simple to count: five hundred bottles of sixty capsules is five hundred bottles. A liquid order is not, because the same batch becomes a different number of units depending on what you put it in.

When you compare two manufacturers, check which unit each of them is quoting. A minimum stated in bottles without a bottle size, or in litres without a fill volume, cannot be compared with anything. Tell us the fill you have in mind and we will convert our figure into your units before you ask.

What comes with the product
- Documents. Certificate of Analysis, product specification, raw material documentation, allergen statement and shelf-life statement — issued on request, in the form your buyer or your authority needs.
- A label that passes. Checked against Regulation (EU) 1169/2011 and Regulation (EC) 1924/2006 before the print run. Liquids carry a particular trap: the dosing instruction and the daily maximum have to match the dosing device in the pack, and a mismatch between them is one of the commonest reasons a label gets rejected.
- Shelf life stated honestly. 24 months as a minimum, set by the shortest-lived ingredient rather than the longest. In a liquid that is usually the most oxidation-sensitive component, which is why an omega oil and a vitamin C syrup do not carry the same date.
- Halal when your market needs it. Certified per product, not per factory.

Where it is made, and by whom
Your product is manufactured at the plant in Mārupe, Latvia, operated by SIA Pharma Market Solutions, under the same ownership as PharmaEurope. The commercial contract is signed with PHARMA EUROPE SOLUTIONS 2023 SL, registered in Spain.
ISO 22000:2018 — certificate MSC-22-1384, BM Certification, valid to 7 January 2029, held by the site · HACCP under Regulation (EC) 852/2004 · Food Supplements Europe GMP guide · US FDA facility registration 13674831934.
The certified scope printed on that document names tablets, capsules and powders; liquids are covered as products of the same certified site rather than listed in that scope by name. Finished vitamin oils and syrups are bottled and cartoned on our Mārupe finishing line, including the IMA IC 150 cartoning machine used across the plant's other formats.
About liquid supplements
What is your minimum order for liquids?
Syrups from 100 litres and oils with vitamins from 20 litres of finished product, with production in 4 to 8 weeks from approval of the formula and the artwork. How many bottles that is depends on your fill volume: 100 litres is 1,000 bottles at 100 ml, or 500 at 200 ml.
Why is the minimum in litres rather than bottles?
Because the batch is made before the pack is chosen, and the same batch becomes a different number of units at different fill volumes. Quoting in litres is the honest unit for a liquid; quoting in bottles without naming the bottle size tells you nothing.
Is the minimum per product or for the whole order?
Per product. Two flavours of the same syrup are two products, and each one carries its own minimum, because each flavour is blended and filled as a separate batch.
Where are liquid supplements made?
At the plant in Mārupe, Latvia, inside the European Union, operated by SIA Pharma Market Solutions under the same ownership as PharmaEurope.
What shelf life do you give a liquid?
24 months as a minimum, set from the shortest-lived ingredient in the formula. In liquids that is usually the component most sensitive to oxidation.
Do I have to register the product before selling it in the EU?
Food supplements in the EU are not pre-approved at EU level: most Member States require a notification before sale. Directive 2002/46/EC puts it plainly in Article 10: Member States “may require the manufacturer or the person placing the product on the market in their territory to notify the competent authority of that placing on the market by forwarding it a model of the label used for the product.” We supply the composition and the documentation; the filing is made by the brand owner — AESAN in Spain.
Can a liquid carry a health claim?
Only an authorised one. Directive 2002/46/EC, Article 6(2), is explicit: “The labelling, presentation and advertising must not attribute to food supplements the property of preventing, treating or curing a human disease, or refer to such properties.” We check your artwork against that before it is printed, because a reprint costs more than a check.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, of products already in production. A sample of a formula that does not exist yet has to be developed first, and that is a project rather than a parcel.
How fast do you respond to a liquid supplement enquiry?
We reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday of receiving your brief. If your timeline is tight, WhatsApp reaches us faster than email, and we treat that message with the same priority as a standard enquiry, just sooner.
What equipment bottles and cartons a liquid batch?
Finished vitamin oils and syrups are bottled and cartoned on our Mārupe finishing line, including the IMA IC 150 cartoning machine used across the plant's other formats — equipment we name by manufacturer and model so you can check the specifications yourself.
Does the ISO 22000 certificate cover liquids by name?
The certificate covers the Mārupe site under number MSC-22-1384, valid to 7 January 2029. Its published scope names tablets, capsules and powders; syrups and vitamin oils are produced at the same certified site rather than named individually in that scope.
