EU-made supplements for brands outside Europe

PharmaEurope manufactures private and white label food supplements at an ISO 22000-certified plant in Mārupe, Latvia, for brands that sell in India, China, the Middle East and Africa. Selected ready-made formulas start from 100 units, a standard run is 500 bottles per product, production takes 4 to 8 weeks, and every batch ships with the documents your importer files with.

One EU plant, four regions

Each market has its own regulator, its own import route and its own paperwork. A market page says what your importer needs, what we supply with every batch and how the goods travel, so the launch can be planned before the first call.

The import route, market by market

Registration in the destination country is always held by your importer or by your own company there. What we do is prepare the documents that registration is built on, for every batch.

Why brands import EU-made

What travels with every order

A Certificate of Analysis for every batch

Each batch is tested against its specification before release, and the certificate travels with the goods to your importer.

Certificates you can check

ISO 22000 MSC-22-1384, GMP-FS-01 and HACCP-01, with scans on our certifications page, plus US FDA facility registration 13674831934.

First runs from 100 units

Selected ready-made formulas start from 100 units, so a new market can be tested before a standard run of 500 bottles.

Export paperwork done right

An invoice to a buyer outside the EU carries no EU VAT once the export is proven. For long-haul markets we recommend FCA or DAP, which keeps that proof with the shipper.

Questions

Export questions buyers ask first

Do you register the product in my country?

Registration is held by your importer or your own company in the destination country, not by the manufacturer. We supply the specification, the Certificate of Analysis and the site certificates that the registration is built on, for every batch.

Which delivery terms do you use for exports?

EXW Mārupe is the default for buyers in Europe. For markets outside Europe we recommend FCA or DAP, so export clearance and the proof of export stay with the shipper.

Which countries do you already export to?

Products made at the plant are exported to 42 countries. The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon are among the main markets.

What is the minimum order for an export market?

The same as for Europe: from 100 units on selected ready-made formulas, 500 bottles per product as the standard run, and 300 kg of finished blend for powders. The full table is on the minimum order quantities page.

How long from order to shipment?

4 to 8 weeks of production once the formula and the label artwork are approved. Transit and customs clearance in your country come on top of that.
