Before you write
What is your minimum order?
The standard run starts at 500 bottles per product, and production takes from 2 weeks. First runs have been produced from 100 units, so tell us the format, the pack and the quantity you have in mind before assuming the answer.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Alongside the yearly inspections by the certification body and the food authority that keep ISO 22000, GMP and HACCP current, our plant is audited by customers as routine practice. Write to us with the dates that suit you and we will arrange a visit to see the line in person.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes. We manufacture for brands in Europe, the Middle East, China, Africa and South America. Goods are handed over EXW at our EU plant by default: the finished pallets are ready at the plant and your forwarder collects them. FCA or DAP can be quoted on request, so you can compare our freight against your own forwarder’s rate. Registration in the destination country stays with the local holder; we supply the specification, certificate of analysis and site certificates it is built on.
Who will I be contracting with?
The commercial contract is with PHARMA EUROPE SOLUTIONS 2023 SL, registered in Spain. Manufacturing and packing take place at the plant in the European Union.
Can you send a sample first?
We send samples of existing products to companies that are seriously considering an order, so you can hold the product, the pack and the label before committing to a batch. Samples come from the more than 500 ready-made formulas already in production rather than from a formula developed for you.
