Magnesium glycinate white label: the bisglycinate capsule
PharmaEurope has a ready-made magnesium bisglycinate capsule: 100 mg of elemental magnesium from 500 mg of magnesium bisglycinate, with vitamin B6. Bisglycinate is the only magnesium source in this formula, so the label can name one form instead of a blend.

How much elemental magnesium per capsule, and what is the NRV for magnesium?
The EU nutrient reference value (NRV) for magnesium is 375 mg a day. The formulas with a stated amount carry from 75 mg to 500 mg of elemental magnesium per capsule or tablet.
The label declares elemental magnesium, not the weight of the salt. That is why the catalogue names give two figures for bisglycinate, malate and liposomal citrate: 500 mg of bisglycinate gives 100 mg of magnesium, 500 mg of malate gives 115 mg, 656 mg of liposomal citrate gives 75 mg. Compare formulas by the elemental figure; the salt weight only tells you how full the capsule is.
Can you make effervescent or powder magnesium for sachets?
